Day 9 P90X!

Mark started his 1st day of tanning to get ready for the cruise( I got him a unlimited month tanning package for stand-up for Valentine's day)

Phase 2 level 1(me) level 2(mark)

Lunch: 2 turkey burgers (8oz.protein) (both)

Mark works @ 1pm today!

Lunch: I made Pizzas for lunch.... whole wheat Boboli crust, sauce, olives, turkey pepperoni, and pizza cheese!

Made Valentine Heart Sugar cookies!

Laundry Day! (which Burg in turn says to me "mom you shouldnt' have to do laundry on Valentine's day", my response "then who will do it???".....Someone has to keep on top of it)

Mark made the kiddos for breakfast pink chocolate chip heart shaped pancakes with turkey bacon and strawberries ....

Breakfast: Mark made me cinnamon french toast in heart and x's and o shapes.. with strawberries and turkey bacon......it was super yummy!

Day 6 P90X!

Breakfast: Protien(1 cup) smoothie (both)
2 cups strawberries

Mark works @ 9am today a split shift...till 1pm then back @ 3pm till around 7pm.....

Me and the kiddos headed to JcPenney's to do a little shopping, then to wal-mart to go to the bank and get some toiletry items and grocery's....Mark called while we were in wal-mart so he met us there and then we left to go to lunch with daddy before he had to go back to work.....(luckily we hadn't started grocery shopping yet)

Lunch: the girls wanted subway and we wanted Chicago grill so we compromised and we ate outside in the little park area by the shops of lake Havasu (Mall) after lunch we let the kiddos play at the small park area....Mark headed back to work and so me and the munchkins went back to wal-mart to do grocery shopping now.......

Off to pickup the girl scout cookies from Burg's leaders house...they r in!

Then to Grandma Sandy's house to deliver her cookies and she is going to watch the girls for a little bit so I can run to do a little Valentine's day shopping for them.. Asher came with me!

P90X Day 5!

Workout: Day 4 Yoga X (92:24) we attemped to do the yoga X video and it just wasnt' for us, so we did 30 mintues of it.. and moved on to exercise bike and wii fit.....
exercise bike: 2.64 miles (me) 101 calories
4.28 miles (Mark) 170 calories
Wii fit: 17 minutes 51 clories (Mark)
10 minutes 44 calories

Protien drink after workout (both)
2 cups strawberries

Lunch: 4 small chimichangas chicken and cheese/salsa (me)

1/2 apple (me)

Mark works @ 2 pm today!

Dinner: Select Harvest Chicken with whole grain pasta soup(me)

Day 2 P90X-Tuesday February 8 2011

Well We made it to day 2 of p90X extreme home fitness.......
(very sore I might add)

Breakfast: 5 hard boiled eggwhites (both)
1 cup low sodium v-8 juice
one a day energy vitamin

Workout: plyometrics (58:36) They call this workout "The Beast" and I can see why...we stopped about 30 minutes in...Tony says to at least show up..and that we did..but for day 2 this is way to intense....

Protien drink 1 scoop (after workout) 1 cup strawberries, 8 0z. yogurt

Lunch: 6 oz. Baked Chicken Breast(Me)
8 oz. Baked Chicken Breast (Mark)

Protien Bar, String Cheese, 1/2 apple (Me)

Dinner- 30z. Lean turkey Breast, 2 slices turkey Bacon, ww tortilla. 3oz. Avocado made into a wrap....1 cup roma tomatoes with 2tbsp italian dressing

Me and the kiddos went to k-mart to buy "Life as we know it" on Dvd which came out today.....I have been waiting for it to come out on Dvd I never got a chance to see it in the Theatre and am super excited to see it tonight when Mark gets home from work! I love Josh Duhamel (I miss Vegas on tv) and Katherine Heigl I think they are great and together should be funny and interesting.....I will soon see....It looks like a tear jerker!
