Well We made it to day 2 of p90X extreme home fitness.......
(very sore I might add)
Breakfast: 5 hard boiled eggwhites (both)
1 cup low sodium v-8 juice
one a day energy vitamin
Workout: plyometrics (58:36) They call this workout "The Beast" and I can see why...we stopped about 30 minutes in...Tony says to at least show up..and that we did..but for day 2 this is way to intense....
Protien drink 1 scoop (after workout) 1 cup strawberries, 8 0z. yogurt
Lunch: 6 oz. Baked Chicken Breast(Me)
8 oz. Baked Chicken Breast (Mark)
Protien Bar, String Cheese, 1/2 apple (Me)
Dinner- 30z. Lean turkey Breast, 2 slices turkey Bacon, ww tortilla. 3oz. Avocado made into a wrap....1 cup roma tomatoes with 2tbsp italian dressing
frozen fruit Bar (Me)
Mark works @ 1pm today!
Me and the kiddos went to k-mart to buy "Life as we know it" on Dvd which came out today.....I have been waiting for it to come out on Dvd I never got a chance to see it in the Theatre and am super excited to see it tonight when Mark gets home from work! I love Josh Duhamel (I miss Vegas on tv) and Katherine Heigl I think they are great and together should be funny and interesting.....I will soon see....It looks like a tear jerker!
