Meal Plan: Phase 1 Level 1 fat Shredder

Breakfast: (ME) 6 egg whites
2 slices turkey bacon
1 ww tortilla
1 cup low sodium v-8 juice
One a day energy vitamin

Meal Plan: Phase 1 level 2 Fat shredder
(MARK) 6 egg whites

1 ww tortilla
16 oz. glass low sodium v-8
One a day energy vitamin

Workout-(Phase 1)Week 1 Day 1 Chest and Back(52:50), Ab ripper X(16:07)

Protien Drink(after workout), 8oz. plain yogurt, 2 cups strawberries...

Water Intake-(Me) 16.9 oz. Bottled water-3

Lunch- (Me)-Baked Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast 6 oz., string cheese

(Mark)- Baked Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast 9oz.

Pure Protein Chocolate peanut Butter Bar (both)

Dinner-(Me)Lean Turkey Breast 3 oz., 3 oz. Avocado, 1 cup roma tomatoes with 2 tbsp italian dressing
