Workout: Day 4 Yoga X (92:24) we attemped to do the yoga X video and it just wasnt' for us, so we did 30 mintues of it.. and moved on to exercise bike and wii fit.....
exercise bike: 2.64 miles (me) 101 calories
4.28 miles (Mark) 170 calories
Wii fit: 17 minutes 51 clories (Mark)
10 minutes 44 calories
Protien drink after workout (both)
2 cups strawberries
Lunch: 4 small chimichangas chicken and cheese/salsa (me)
1/2 apple (me)
Mark works @ 2 pm today!
Dinner: Select Harvest Chicken with whole grain pasta soup(me)
snack: frozen fruit bar(me)
